Palora currently serves families across Shilin, Neihu, Zhongshan, Songshan, and most central Taipei districts. We are expanding coverage and welcome enquiries from other areas of greater Taipei — please contact us to confirm availability.
In most circumstances, we can begin care within 48–72 hours of an initial consultation. Urgent situations are assessed on a case-by-case basis and we do our best to accommodate families as quickly as possible.
Yes. Every aide has completed a comprehensive screening process that includes criminal background checks, professional reference verification, and initial care training. Ongoing professional development is a standard part of working with Palora.
Absolutely. Schedules can be adjusted with reasonable notice, and care packages can be scaled up, scaled back, or paused as your family's needs change. There are no rigid lock-in contracts. We will discuss terms openly at the consultation stage.
Our aides are primarily Mandarin and Taiwanese Hokkien speaking. If specific language requirements are important — including English-speaking aides — please mention this during your consultation and we will work to accommodate that need.
We handle all client and family information with strict confidentiality. Health and personal care details are shared only with the assigned aide and relevant team members. Our practices comply with applicable data protection standards in Taiwan.
